Personal Visits
Financial Aid representatives are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Information Counter in 243 Whitmore Administration Building. If a representative determines that your situation warrants additional attention, they will arrange a private meeting with a counselor on call.
Location
We are located on the second floor of the Whitmore Administration Building, on the southern end of the UMass Amherst campus. We are near the Fine Arts Center and the Robsham Visitors Center.
