Family Nutrition Program (FNP) projects based in Barnstable, Boston, Brockton, and Worcester promote healthy food choices and regular physical activity with preschool youth from families that receive food stamps. Most project activities also include parents, caretakers, and family members. Project activities vary from site to site depending on local community needs and may include workshops, food demonstrations, displays, bulletin boards, and newsletters.
