Each package has a sell by date of 10-14-04 and "EST. 2426B" inside the USDA mark of inspection. * 8 oz "Klement's Deli Style Beef Sticks". Each package has a sell by date of 1-03-05 and "EST. 2426B" inside the USDA mark of inspection. * 1 pound packages of "Klement's Double Smoked Beef Summer Sausage". Each package has a sell by date of 01-12-05 and "EST. 2426B" inside the USDA mark of inspection. * 1 pound packages of "Dieberg's Beef Summer Sausage".
