The products being recalled are:

* Approximately 4 lb. boxes of "mosey's Deli Roast Beef." Included on each label is the production code, "10767F" and the sell by date, "Oct 12, 03." These products were produced on Aug. 7 2003, and distributed to food service distributors in Pennsylvania and Florida.
* Approximately 12 lb. boxes of "mosey's Deli, Cooked Beef Round, Pastrami, And Ten Percent Water." Included on each label is the production code, "10676" and the sell by date, "Sep 20, 03." These products were produced on July 18, 03, and distributed to food service distributors in Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York.
* Approximately 6 lb. boxes of "mosey's Cooked Beef Round, Pastrami." Included on each label is the production code, "10773F" and the sell by date, "Nov 06 03." These products were produced on Aug. 8, 2003 and distributed to a food service distributor in Massachusetts.
All of the products subject to recall also bear the establishment code
"EST. 7467" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
PROBLEM/REASON FOR RECALL: Undercooked
