Floriculture - Resources for Garden Retailers

The Massachusetts Flower Growers' Association (MFGA) was established in 1947 to promote the advancement of the Massachusetts Flower Industry. The Association is a non-profit organization of flower growers and associated trades-people from the Commonwealth. it represents the Bay State commercial industry with leadership in education and promotion.

The UMass Extension Floriculture Program partners with MFGA on educational programs throughout the year including Summer Field Day, Winter and Fall Flower Grower's Meetings and The New England Greenhouse Conference. MFGA provides support for the Extension Floriculture Program and Board Members serve in an Advisory capacity for the Floriculture Team.
