Floral Notes Newsletter Free Sample (Adobe pdf file)

The UMass Extension Floriculture Team publishes Floral Notes, a newsletter for commercial flower growers. Each issue of Floral Notes contains practical information for commercial greenhouse operators and allied professionals in Massachusetts and New England. Articles in recent issues have focused on growth regulators for spring crops, managing thrips, fertilizing crops, adjusting water alkalinity with acids, leaf yellowing of Easter lilies, and research projects by UMass floriculturists. Each issue contains timely announcements of educational programs for growers in Massachusetts and neighboring states.
