The UMass Extension Floriculture Team publishes Floral Notes,
a newsletter for commercial flower growers. Each issue of Floral Notes
contains practical information for commercial greenhouse operators and
allied professionals in Massachusetts and New England. Each issue has announcements of educational meetings and other programs, practical articles on all facets of plant production and research reports.

You may subscribe to Floral Notes for one year
(6 issues: $15) or save more than 25% by choosing a two year subscription
(12 issues: $22). Use the downloadable subscription form below, or send
a check payable to "University of Massachusetts" for $15 (one year) or
$22 (two years) to Douglas Cox (Editor), Plant and Soil Sciences, Stockbridge
Hall, University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA 01003. Subscription fees
cover the cost of preparing the newsletter and mailing it first class.
Floral Notes by Email

Forty two pages with 85-color photos featuring pest management
practices, key insects and their life cycles, diseases, weed control,
monitoring techniques and cultural requirements plus 6-tables
containing scouting guidelines, biological control options and
selected insecticides, miticides, fungicides and herbicides registered
for use on herbaceous perennials grown in New England. Financial

Inc., sponsors of the New England Greenhouse Conference.
