It's our 150th birthday! Celebrate UMass Amherst's proud past and vibrant future with an annual gift to students, faculty, programs -- any area you choose -- today.
The numbers say it all. Last year 38,431 of you gave nearly $32 million to UMass Amherst students, programs, research, and more. Here are just a few of the ways our donors are celebrating our proud history this year:
• A $92,000 upgrade to the Calipari Room of the W.E.B. Du Bois Library was funded by Friends of the Library
• More than 2,000 students received donor-funded scholarships to help them realize their educational goals
• Gifts to athletics totaled more than $1.3 million from 2,872 alumni and friends – Go UMass!
Need more reasons to give? Make your gift today, and be a part of our great history.
If you haven’t yet made a gift to our annual fund during this sesquicentennial year, now is the moment. Give now, be part of this historic time, and help us support our excellent students and faculty. Your annual gift to a school, college, department, or program strengthens the institution and preserves the value of a UMass Amherst degree.

Faculty & Staff Campaign
UMass Amherst faculty and staff have the opportunity to give back to the campus through the 2013 Faculty & Staff Campaign. Gifts can be designated for any department or program and, for a limited time, the campus matches $1 for every $1 given by all current and retired faculty and staff.
As a parent of a UMass Amherst student, you can give to the Parents Fund in support of a wide variety of academically enriching experiences for all our students. Whether for scholarships, funding for study abroad, or an internship that relates directly to a student’s studies, the Parents Fund enlarges the scope of opportunities for learning. By giving to the Parents Fund, you can provide the extra level of support that underlies an exemplary education. Read more here about the additional impact parents can have.
For more information on how parents can make an impact, please contact Stephanie Flaherty via email or at 413-545-1466.
