Join the more than 30,000 contributors each year who make an immediate impact where it’s needed most. Annual gifts offer leverage for excellence across our campus.
At UMass Amherst, our annual fund donors make all the difference. Gifts to the annual fund provide immediate access to funds needed to pursue an unexpected research opportunity, provide emergency student assistance, fund travel to an academic conference this year, and much more.
One of our goals for UMass Rising is to increase the number of you who support UMass Amherst financially every fiscal year. Growing our donor base is an important goal as it will make a bold statement about the pride that UMass Amherst's alumni, parents, and friends feel in their alma mater. Since state support and tuition and fees cover just the fundamentals of a UMass Amherst education, annual gifts provide leverage for enrichment and excellence.
If you haven’t yet made a gift to our annual fund this year, now is the moment. Give now, be part of this historic campaign, and help us support our excellent students and faculty. Your annual gift to a school, college, department, or program strengthens the institution and preserves the value of a UMass Amherst degree.

Parents Fund
Parents of UMass Amherst students who give to the Parents Fund do so because it supports a wide variety of academically enriching experiences for students. Whether for scholarships, funding for study abroad, or an internship that relates directly to a student’s studies, the Parents Fund enlarges the scope of opportunities for learning. By giving to the Parents Fund you can provide the extra level of support that underlies an exemplary education. Read more here about the additional impact parents can have.
