Laboratory for Millimeter Wave Devices and Applications

Professors Jackson and Yngvesson, and the students associated with LAMMDA carry out research centered on technology related to integrated microwave, millimeter wave, and submillimeter wave (Terahertz) components. LAMMDA activities include fundamental analysis, modeling and measurement of devices and circuits that have applications ranging from commercial microwave intergrated systems to radio astronomy.

Antenna Propagation Laboratory

APLab research includes: design, analysis, development of printed circuit antennas and arrays; radio wave propagation studies for commercial, military applications; theoretical and computational electromagnetics; scattering and wave propagation; and thinned array antennas.
