Lab offers a range of analytical services, including: genotyping platforms (microsatellite and SNP analyses); an E-GENE capillary sequencing for size separation of unlabelled PCR products to 2-bp resolution; and gel electrophoresis for SSCP, DGGE, TGGE, and related native and denaturing electrophoresis protocols. Researchers from UMass Amherst, the Five Colleges Consortium and the greater Pioneer Valley scientific community, and beyond are invited to inquire about how to access these services.
