Very Large Scale Integration Computer Aided Design Laboratory
The laboratory includes a fully outfitted optoelectronics laboratory capable of characterizing phenomena with spatial resolutions of less than 1 micron and time resolutions less than 100 femtoseconds. Research is focused on optoelectronic devices and their applications.
