PVLSI is a UMass Amherst-Baystate Medical Center collaboration. Biomedical research at PVLSI is dedicated to improving human health by developing creative new approaches for the diagnosis and treatment of disease. By coupling the unique resources of a major research university with one of the largest teaching hospitals in New England, we continue to create interactive teams of allied health professionals, life scientists and physical scientists to focus on clinical disorders and technologies.
