American Turtle Observatory

American Turtle Observatory (ATO) is a network of scientists, researchers, agencies, communities, and landowners dedicated to identifying and conserving the most important landscapes for freshwater turtles in North America. ATO works across the United States and Mexico in a variety of landscapes, including the most species-rich ecoregions and areas identified as critical to the survival of threatened species.

Every Town for Gun Safety Support Fund

The Everytown for Gun Safety Support Fund was formed both to educate the public about the detrimental effects of illegal guns in order to reduce gun violence in the United States and to lessen the burdens of government by assisting American local governments and law enforcement agencies in their efforts to develop effective policies to combat illegal guns. The Fund supports programmatic activities of approximately 1000 mayors in the coalition of Mayors Against Illegal Guns, as well as other government officials and law enforcement leaders.

Animal Legal Defense Fund

The Animal Legal Defense Fund files high-impact lawsuits to protect animals from harm, provides free legal assistance and training to prosecutors in their fight against animal cruelty, supports animal protection legislation, and provides resources and opportunities to law students and professionals to advance the field of animal law.

Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund

MALDEF strives to implement programs that are structured to bring Latinos into the mainstream of American political and socio-economic life; providing better educational opportunities; encouraging participation in all aspects of society; and offering a positive vision for the future.

Center for Constitutional Rights

The Center for Constitutional Rights is dedicated to advancing and protecting the rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Coast to Coast Dachshund Rescue

Started in August of 2000, Coast to Coast Dachshund Rescue Inc. was started by a small group of dedicated dachshund lovers who grew the organization to be nationwide. Today, CCDR is comprised of a group of people who still have that passion and work endlessly to help rehome dachshunds and dachshund mixes to loving homes.
