Travel Medicine Appointments

Make your Travel Medicine appointment at least four weeks before your departure.

If you have vaccination records that are easily accessible, bring them with you to the appointment.

You'll begin by meeting with a UHS nurse practitioner, who will review your medical history and provide any necessary prescriptions; this should take about 15 minutes.

Then, you'll be seen by our travel medicine clinician, who'll provide important health information for your destination, answer your questions and administer immunizations. These sessions last about a half-hour.

If you have questions before your appointment, call the Travel Medicine Clinic, (413) 577-5124.
