Prevention Specialist, BASICS
Susan brings to the BASICS team an extensive background in substance abuse prevention, social work and counseling.
She has worked with inpatient and outpatient clients throughout Massachusetts, at organizations including Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Brightside for Families and Children and Boston Medical Center. In addition, she maintained a private psychotherapy practice in Belchertown, specializing in addictions, eating disorders and trauma.
Susan holds a master's in social work from the Smith College School for Social Work, Northampton, Mass., and a B.A. from Hampshire College, Amherst, Mass.
