Diagnostic Imaging

Radiological tests are essential tools for today’s healthcare providers, giving them important information needed to diagnose and treat your condition.
UHS’ diagnostic imaging department performs non-invasive imaging studies at our convenient location on the health center’s ground floor, next to the laboratory. Learn more about x-ray, ultrasound and bone densitometry tests at UHS.
The department is staffed by licensed radiology and ultrasound technologists; all radiographers are certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Imaging studies are interpreted by board-certified radiologists.
We perform studies requested by your UHS provider; written orders are required. If your provider orders services UHS does not offer, including mammography, CT scans and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), you’ll be referred to an area hospital or imaging center.
