Triage Advice Nurse

Should you take care of a health problem yourself, make an appointment, come to UHS' walk-in care clinic or go to a hospital emergency department?

Call (413) 577-5229; the Triage Advice Nurse will help you choose the best course of care.

Choosing a PCP

Your primary care provider, or PCP, coordinates your health care and can refer you for services as needed.

UHS’ staff includes physicians who are board-certified in family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics and sports medicine; family nurse practitioners collaborate with physicians and provide a full range of primary care services.

Read about our providers online. Choose the person who best fits your needs, then schedule an appointment.
