Everything you ever wanted to know about sex … and more!

NRBP logo

The Not Ready for Bedtime Players (NRBP) is an award-winning peer sexuality education troupe based at University Health Services.

The NRBP formed in 1988 as part of “The AIDS Follies,” a UMass theater project about the AIDS crisis. Today, the group’s lively, entertaining skits address health issues impacting the university community, including:

  • healthy sexuality
  • gender
  • relationships
  • sexually transmitted infections
  • GLBTQ issues
  • violence prevention
  • substance use
  • campus resources

and much more! The NRPB’s goals are to educate others to think critically about sexuality, encourage fellow students to make safer decisions and laugh.

Performances

Free performances take place Wednesday evenings throughout the academic year and during student orientation programs, at sites across the UMass Amherst campus Click for the current performance schedule, or see the UMass events calendar.
