Scheduling a Workshop

Call Health Education, 577-5181, at least two weeks before your proposed program.

Give the staff your name, address, telephone number, e-mail, the workshop you’re interested in, proposed date, alternate date, and planned location. Workshops are available to groups of 10 or more. You may want to collaborate with people from other groups, residence halls or floors to boost attendance.

Within a week, a peer health educator will contact you to formalize plans, discuss any special concerns or interests your group might have and talk about how to promote the workshop.

Peer Health Educators reserve the right to cancel a program due to low attendance.

If you need to cancel a workshop, call Health Education as soon as possible!
