Harry Rockland-Miller, Ph.D.
Associate Director, UHS; Director, Mental Health Services

A clinical psychologist whose interests include individual, couples and family therapy; consultation and crisis intervention, Harry joined University Health Services in 1995.
He previously served as Acting Vice President of Behavioral Health Services at Holyoke Hospital, where he also directed the hospital’s Center for Psychiatry, and coordinated psychiatric crisis services.
Harry received his undergraduate degree from Union College, and his M.A. and Ph.D. from the California School of Professional Psychology. He is a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts and New York, is on the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology, and speaks both English and Spanish.
