Alan J. Calhoun, M.D.
Director
An internal medicine practitioner with special interests in infectious diseases, endocrinology, gastroenterology and preventative health, Alan has been with UHS since 1981. He’s an active member of the Cooley Dickinson Hospital medical staff and was previously in private practice.
When not at UHS, Alan enjoys biking, skiing, hiking and gardening; he’s a woodworker and boater who made his own kayak. He and his wife are parents to four children, three who’ve graduated from college and one who’s on the way soon.
