Departments include Entomology; Food Science; Hotel, Restaurant and Travel
Administration; Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning; Microbiology;
Natural Resources Conservation; Plant and Soil Sciences; Resource Economics;
Sport Studies; and Veterinary and Animal Sciences. There is also a multi-disciplinary
program in Environmental Sciences.
The College also houses the Stockbridge School, which offers two-year Associate
of Science degrees in Arboriculture and Park Management; Equine Industries;
Fruit and Vegetable Crops; Horticulture; Landscape Contracting; and Turfgrass
Management.
