Officers and Members of the Governing Board
Application for Membership (pdf)
- 20% discount on food & beverages (Member and up to 3 guests)
- Charge all expenses to your personal account (Billed monthly)
- Reservation privileges
Only members may make reservations during lunch hours.
- Reserve rooms for meetings and socials at no charge.
Rooms are available from 8:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
- Use the club and dining rooms for catered events and entertaining.
- Free lunch to celebrate your birthday (Served every third Thursday
of the month)
- Reciprocal privileges to
all Clubs belonging to the Association
of College and University Clubs. See the list of other ACUC
institutions.
(Active and Retired members only)
- FREE Associate Membership card for your spouse or a member of your
immediate family
- Receive email newsletters on upcoming Club events.
- The right to vote for members of the corporation board and to serve
as a board member or corporation officer.

- All faculty, professional and classified staff
- Retired faculty and staff
- UMA postdoctoral fellows
- The professional and classified staff of the UMass President's Office and
the UMass Foundation
- Off-Campus Members of the UMass Amherst Alumni Association
- University Vendors
- CEOs of University Partner firms
- Off-Campus Parents (non-member associate)
Membership Dues
The annual membership dues are:
- Active status - $200 per year
We prefer faculty and staff pay by payroll deduction.
- Retired - $100 per year
Retired members may pay by cash or check. Make checks payable to: University
of Massachusetts Faculty Club, Inc.*
Off-campus Alumni Association members and UMass Vendors:
- Non-voting Club membership - $50 per year
Alums may pay by cash or check. Make checks payable to: University
of Massachusetts Faculty Club, Inc.*
University Partners:
- Non-voting Club membership - $200 per year
Partners may pay by cash or check. Make checks payable to: University
of Massachusetts Faculty Club, Inc.*
Off-campus Parents (2):
- Non-member associate - $40 for four years
Allows limited use of the club (meals and meetings). Parents may pay by
cash or check. Make checks payable to: University of Massachusetts Faculty
Club, Inc.*
*The "University Club" refers to our physical facilities
and staff, which is a unit within the campus's Auxiliary Services. The
"University of Massachusetts Faculty Club, Inc." is a private membership
organization, first organized in 1935, and incorporated in 1965, with
the purpose of financially assisting the campus to provide a place for
faculty and staff to conduct University business, enjoy a social setting
and to protect our historic buildings. The corporation holds the liquor
license.
