Catered Events at the University Club Catered Event Function Menus Reservations Final arrangements for food & beverages must be made at least ten days in advance. We may be able to help you on shorter notice but will not always be able to accommodate your exact requirements. "Guarantees" (number of guests attending) must be called in within three days of the event. If not called in, the Club will use your original estimate to prepare and bill for your event. Price quotes will be guaranteed for thirty days as menu prices are subject to changes in market conditions. Prices do not include taxes. Reception prices do not include 15% service charge. Minimum Dinner (Monday - Wednesday) - $300.00 (15 Guests) Dinner (Wednesday - Friday) - no minimum (however 12 or more guests must pre-order) Receptions or dinners (Saturday or Sunday) - $450.00 Club labor charges
(in addition to food & beverage charges) Functions held on a Saturday or Sunday are charged the following additional fee:
Cancellations Dress Code Food & Beverage Regulations Liquor, beer or wine cannot be brought in to the Club under any circumstances. All alcoholic beverages will be served with full regard to the laws pertaining to such service of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any remaining food or beverages from a function cannot be taken out of the club because of Health Department regulations and liability issues. Payment
Non-members are required to pay a 50% deposit of the estimated total function cost in advance. Rooms Normal Function Times
Menu Selections - Dinners R.S.V.P.s with the number of each selection are required within three days A vegetarian selection will always be available. Please give the number needed. When booking a banquet or reception, please tell us the nature of the occasion. Service staff must be allowed to clear all dishes except coffee and dessert before any speeches or presentations. In the event that we can not handle your event,
