Faculty and staff with a UCard Debit Account have the option of having funds deposited automatically on each payday through payroll deduction. Setting up payroll deduction is quick and easy and can be changed or cancelled at any time.
How do I sign up for payroll deduction?
If you wish to sign up for the first time, change your deduction amount, or cancel this service, you may fill out an online payroll deduction form. Please note that you must login with your campus IT NetID in order to to fill out this online form.
If you do not have a valid login and would like to sign up for payroll deduction you can fill out an initial authorization paper payroll deduction authorization form and bring it or mail it to the UCard Office at 168 Whitmore. If you wish to change or your deduction amount or discontinue payroll deduction you can fill out and return the paper payroll deduction change request form.
