Normal Business Hours

The UCard Office is open Monday through Friday, 08:30am to 05:00pm. The UCard is closed Saturday, Sunday, and most holidays.

Extended Business Hours

During opening weeks the UCard Office is open the following hours:

• Fall 2012: Tuesday, August 28: 5pm-9pm (international students only); Sunday & Monday, September 2 & 3: 9am-5pm
• Spring 2013: Sunday & Monday, January 20 & 21: 9am-5pm

Observed Holidays

The UCard Office will be closed the following dates during the 2012-2013 school year:

• Columbus Day: October 8, 2012
• Veterans' Day: November 12, 2012
• Thanksgiving: November 22 & 23, 2012*
• Christmas - New Years: Dec 24, 2012 - Jan 1, 2013*
• Presidents' Day: February 18, 2013
• Patriot's Day: April 15, 2013
• Memorial Day: May 27, 2013
• Independence Day: July 4, 2013

*If you have an urgent need for assistance on the day after Thanksgiving or during the week between the Christmas and New Year holidays, call (413) 545-0197, and choose option #0. Although the office will be closed, someone will be covering the phones during those days.

Please note that the entire campus is closed on November 22, December 25, and January 1. There is no phone support available on these days.
