In our efforts to support Asian and Asian American students, the UALRC Peer Mentor Program connects first-year students with juniors and seniors who have demonstrated academic excellence and knowledge of campus life. In addition to learning leadership skills in regularly scheduled classes and workshops, peer mentors serve as resource persons, advisors and friends to support first-year students as they transition from high school to college.
