Workshops for Travel Preparers

Travel Preparer Certification
Two workshops are required to certify travel preparers (CTPs).

1. Travel Payment Processing
   This workshop is required to participate in the Travel Reimbursement Incentive Program (TRIP). The TRIP system allows your department to utilize a special streamlined travel payment process. The first hour of this course is required for re-certification of active CTPs.
   
   
2. Corporate Card Online Tracking
   This workshop provides hands-on access to a real time data base which allows CTPs to track travel charges and payments made on department and individual corporate travel card accounts.

Business Travel Resources
This workshop for certified travel preparers and business managers enhances knowledge of corporate travel cards, travel discounts, car rental insurance, and other travel resources and benefits, such as airport parking, rental car discounts, and non-employee and group travel processes.
