The University has a contract with WorldTek Travel for business and students travel services. This agency has guaranteed lowest applicable and unpublished fares and travel rates, fast and friendly service, free on-campus ticket delivery, and knowledge of the unique travel needs of UMASS faculty, staff, and students. Employees and students may utilize both agencies for leisure as well as business travel needs. The University has negotiated special transaction fees with this agency for their travel management services.
