Has provided secretarial support for the Department of Theater since 1991; previously worked in the School of Management, the Office of the Vice Chancellor of University Relations and Development, and the Chancellor's Staff Office. Worked in Milwaukee, Wisconsin as an Executive Secretary and Legal Secretary and ushered part-time for Melody Top Theater.

Has performed in a variety of local productions, including: Readings from Behind the Lines and War Uncensored:  Readings from War Letters and the Stories Behind the Letters (both as actor/reader); The Wizard of Oz (Mayor of Munchkin City); An Evening of One-Acts (in Mrs.Sorkin as Mrs. Sorkin); UMass Shakespeare Festival; The Sound of Music (Sister Margaretta); Hijacked Holiday (Mrs. Butterwell); and cast and directed a staged reading of Tartuffe.
