THEBES - Polyneices’ Argive has officially reached the walls and seven towers of our fair city and we must act to protect all citizens.  Therefore, it is the official decree of Eteocles and Creon that all citizens should take refuge in the Royal Underground Shelter.  This underground bunker is a complex of living spaces, designed initially for the royal family and their staff.  However, due to the extreme circumstances now facing the city, space is being made, however crowded, to accommodate all citizens.
