Serves the department as publicist, writes the semi-annual department newsletter, oversees the website, and is responsible for outreach and development. In addition to her work at UMass, is the copy editor of Gastronome, the magazine for United States membership of the Chaîne des Rotisseurs, and is a frequent contributor to the Daily Hampshire Gazette.
