Second Stage and Special Events

Cabaret 204

In addition to our mainstage productions, UMass Theater proudly invites community members to investigate Cabaret 204, a new (free!) series of student-produced work. Produced on Studio 204, our low-tech performance space, the series is a venue for plays and performance art conceived, mounted and produced by students. Works include original scripts and adaptations by students, collections of short plays or scenes, cross-genre experimentation and explorations of theater's new directions. Updates on the pieces being produced are posted on our website's second stage page. Come get a glimpse of what the new generation of theater artists are up to.

For the slate of productions and the performance schedule, please check back at the beginning of the semester.

All performances, unless noted, will be held in Studio 204, Fine Arts Center, and are free and open to the public.
