Registration Fee Schedule:

* Does not include parking in campus garage
** Registration fee is waived for students who present a paper or a poster
*** Lunch fee is waived for paper and poster presenters

The registration fee includes conference program with abstracts, continental breakfast, breaks, and parking in the Campus Center parking garage. Checks or money orders should be made payable to the University of Massachusetts and sent with the registration information below. Registrations will be confirmed by email.

Late fee : a fee of $15 will be added beginning March 25, 2008
Cancellation Deadline : no refunds will be honored after March 31, 2008

Hotel room rates:
$69.00 per room per night single of double occupancy, Sunday through Thursday nights
$100.00 per room per night single of double occupancy, Friday and Saturday nights
$175.00 per suite per night
$10.00 per cot per night
Check-in is at 3pm on the arrival date. Check-out time is 12pm on Monday through Friday, and 11am on Saturday and Sunday (no pets allowed).
