Call for Posters

Abstract Submission Guidelines

• Abstracts must be submitted by March 25, 2008.
  Call 413-545-5531 if you need to submit late
• Poster topics should relate to water resources.
  • Include title, author, author affiliation, and contact information
  • List authors with affiliation (Dept., Institution)
  • Abbreviate Department to Dept.
  • Single-space
  • No blank lines between paragraphs, indent new paragraphs 6 spaces (0.25”)
  • No citations
• Abstracts will be printed in the conference program
• Presenters of accepted posters must register for the conference, at the discounted fee of $45. They will receive a complimentary lunch.
• Registration fee is waived for student presenters (if desired, lunch can be purchased for $20).

Students! Your poster will be entered in the Best Student Poster Award. The winner will receive a plaque and a $500 cash award, thanks to our sponsor Fuss & O'Neill.
