Hotel Reservations

The registration fee for the conference is $100 and includes conference program with abstracts, continental breakfast, breaks, lunch, and parking in the Campus Center parking garage. Checks or money orders should be made payable to the University of Massachusetts and sent with the registration information below. Limited scholarships are available - for more information contact Ms. Walk at 413.545.2842 or email: wrrc@tei.umass.edu. Registrations will be confirmed by email.

Currently accepting late registrations. You can email the Registration Form to wrrc@tei.umass.edu and bring a check for $115 at the door.

Late fee : a fee of $15 will be added beginning March 24, 2007
Cancellation Deadline : no refunds will be honored after April 1, 2007

Hotel room rates:
$86.00 per room per night single of double occupancy, Sunday through Thursday nights
$105.00 per room per night single of double occupancy, Friday and Saturday nights
$235.00 per suite per night
$10.00 per cot per night
Check-in is at 3pm on the arrival date. Check-out time is 12pm on Monday through Friday, and 11am on Saturday and Sunday (no pets allowed).
