Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

Agencies, Organizations and Businesses are invited to become a part of the event by becoming a conference sponsor.

Sponsors will receive exposure to over 200 water resources researchers and professionals, while supporting the valuable educational programs that are part of the event. 

Water Resources Partner - $5,000

1. Recognition as a Water Resources Major Partner on all conference related materials including conference invitation, program cover and prominent visibility on the web site
2. Direct link to sponsor from web site
3. One page advertisement in conference program
4. Recognition as sponsor for 10 conference speakers (these sponsorships will cover registration and travel costs for conference speakers and will be advertised as “Your Business Name Sponsorship” on all the conference materials)
5. Exhibitor space and four free registrations for your staff or attendees of your choice.
6. Special recognition and article on the Meet Our Sponsors page of the conference web site

Water Resources Sponsor - $2,500

1. Recognition as a Water Resources Sponsor on all conference related materials including conference invitation, program cover and web site
2. Direct link to sponsor from web site
3. One half page advertisement in conference program
4. Recognition as sponsor for 5 conference attendance scholarships (these scholarships will cover registration for conference attendees and will be advertised as “Your Business Name Scholarship” on all the conference materials)
5. Exhibitor space and two free registrations for your staff or attendees of your choice.

Water Resources Member - $1,000

1. Recognition as a Water Resources Member on conference invitation, program, web site and registration table
2. One quarter page advertisement in conference program
3. Recognition as sponsor for 2 conference student scholarships (these scholarships will cover registration for conference student attendees and will be advertised as “Your Business Name Student Scholarship” on all the conference materials)
4. Exhibitor space and 2 free registrations for your staff or attendees of your choice.

Water Resources Friend - $500

1. Recognition as a Water Resources Friend in conference program and website
2. Two free registrations for your staff or attendees of your choice.
