This woman with the bread is our Tamada - the Mistress of Wedding Ceremony. She knows the traditions and basically runs the whole show making sure the guests are properly entertained. Here she bring out the bread and we are supposed to split it in half. The one who gets the larger piece will be the leader in the family.
