This section contains the photographs that I made in Russia in August 1999. Some come from my home town, a real Russian provincial place, some are from the Northern Viennese, Saint-Petersburg, others are from Valaam islands in Lake Ladoga, that is even more to the North. You will also see the name of Pushkin a few times. Alexander Pushkin is a famous and the greatest poet of the 19th century. He was born and lived in the countryside of Pskov region and for some time in St.Petersburg.
