EPA New England has initiated a Volunteer Monitoring Equipment Loan Program. See description of the program and conditions of equipment loans, examples of equipment which groups can request, and an outline of information that should be furnished in applications in this PDF document.
MassWWP owns some equipment available on loan on a first-come, first-served basis to monitoring groups in Massachusetts:

| Some of these items are bulky, so it is best if you can pick up and return to our office in Amherst. Small items can be shipped at your cost.
