Floor Plan - Current List of Exhibitors
The conference is expected to
attract hundreds of attendees including a wide variety of representation
from state and federal agencies, academia, various industries
and utilities, and the environmental engineering and consulting
community.
Attendees buy products and services such as:
- Analytical instruments and services
- Environmental software
- Monitoring equipment
- Remediation equipment and services
- Training and education products and services

Please note that tables are meant to hold table top exhibits
only and are not meant to replace booth exhibits.
The exhibit area is located in the center of the conference
activity to assure maximum contact and exposure with interested
conference participants and potential customers. Exhibition
space is limited to ensure a high ratio of attendees to
exhibitors.
Booth Space Rental Includes:
- 8' by 10' booth space with side and backdrop curtains,
carpeting
- 2' by 6' table with table cloth and 2 chairs,
- Primary placement on first floor
- One conference pass for admission into general sessions
- Mailing list of pre-registered conference participants
- List of conference attendees
- Continental breakfast and coffee breaks
- Electrical power outlet
- Organization acknowledgement in the conference program brochure
- Organization listing and website link on the conference website
Table Space Rental Includes:
- 2' by 6' table with 2 chairs
- Secondary placement on first floor
- One conference pass for admission into general sessions
- Mailing list of pre-registered conference participants
- List of conference attendees
- Continental breakfast and coffee breaks
- Organization acknowledgement in the conference program brochure
- Organization listing and website link on the conference website
Terms and Conditions:
Exhibit space is limited. We recommend registering early
to reserve exhibit space. Before registration is open, you can reserve a space by contacting us. Priority will be given to Conference Sponsors
and Supporters. Otherwise, booth assignments will
be made on a first come, first served basis (we will honor
requests as much as possible, call 413-545-2842 or email conferences@tei.umass.edu to
check on availability). Cancellation of reserved booth
spaces received on or before April 1, 2009 will receive
a full refund minus a $50 processing charge. There will
be no refunds for booth spaces canceled after April 1,
2009.
