Platform Presenter Information
Presentation Format and A/V
Platform presentations will run 20 minutes in length with an additional five minutes for questions. Meeting rooms will be equipped with a laptop computer and a computer projector, as well as a lavaliere microphone and a stationary microphone at the podium.
Registration
Platform presenters must register by March 31, 2011.
Slide Presentations
If possible, we would like you to upload your slide presentation to our Drop Box Site, so we may install them on the conference computers prior to the sessions. If not possible, please bring your presentation on a memory stick and report to the Registration table immediately upon arrival so we can arrange to have your slides installed on the appropriate computer. Deadline for sending your slides is 9am April 6, 2011.
Proceedings
We do not publish Proceedings but post on this website read-only PDF files of slide presentations from authors who give us the express permission to do so.
