Poster Session

The poster session will take place in the Campus Center Auditorium between 11:45am and 12:45pm, just before lunch. Poster presenters are expected to be present next to their poster during that time in order to present their work and answer questions from conference attendees.

Student Poster Competition

All accepted student posters will be automatically entered into a student poster competition with cash awards.

Congratulations to Liam Bevan of UMass Geosciences(pictured below between his advisor David Boutt and WRRC Director Paula Reees) and Barbara DeFlorio of UMass Amherst Veterinary & Animal Sciences (see second photograph below) for tying for first prize!

Registration

Poster presenters must register by March 31.

Poster Presenters who do not register by the March 31 deadline will be removed from the final program.

Poster Dimensions

The space of the poster is 4ft high by 6ft wide. The workable area is 45" high by 69" wide. Posters will be assigned to free-standing bulletin boards fitted with cork- or white-board surfaces. When you arrive, come to the Registration Desk on the first floor of the Campus Center. We will provide you with registration materials, your poster location and push pins to affix your poster.

If you need to send your poster prior to your arrival,
please send so it arrives no earlier than 5 days to UMass and mail to:
