Exhibits are located with research posters and the refreshment station in the Auditorium*, which is open for the entire duration of the conference.
- Exhibitor booth space is available at this time. Fee is $275 and includes:
- 8' by 10' exhibit booth space 2' by 6' table with table cloth and 2 chairs
- Electrical power outlet (but bring your own extension cords).
- Registration fee for one representative, includes lunch and refreshments
- One conference pass for admission into general sessions
- Free parking in the Campus Parking Garage with easy access to conference venue
To register as an exhibitor, use the registration form and check "Exhibitor Fee"
Conference Co-Sponsors get FREE exhibitor space at Member Level and up
Exhibitors may set up between 7:30 and 8:30am, tear down after 5pm.
* Basement floor, accessible via loading dock or elevator
