Registration fee includes conference program with abstracts, continental breakfast, breaks, reception, welcome barbecue, and parking in the Campus Center parking garage. Meals are extra. Each registration option is for a single person and is not to be shared by individuals within a company.

Note: There are still some student and state scholarships available to cover cost of registration.

MA LSP Credits:
LSP Board Conference Number for the conference is 1408-2011. LSP Continuing Education Credits earned (50%) of number of hours in attendance at conference.

CT LEP Credits
The course number is CTLEP 305 and is for 50% contact hour/credit ratio, i. e. an LEP attending 4 contact hours will be awarded 2 CEC's. The board has also determined that the conference totaled 16 contact hours over the course of 3 days and a LEP must attend a minimum of 4 contact hours to obtain any credit for the conference.

UMass Continuing Education Credits:
CEUs is 1.8 credits The course number is 20859 Green 104

For either or both credits, you will need to sign in and out each day of the conference. For UMass credits you will need to attend the entire conference. For LSP credits, sign in and out of sessions for which you would like credits. A one-time fee of $50 must be paid to receive credits and is listed on the registration form.

  • Sponsor rate: Full three days for additional attendee - $200
  • Presenter and poster presenter 3-day conference - $295
  • Student registration (including presenters) - $100 with proof of affiliation
  • UMass Amherst faculty and students may qualify for a complimentary registration
  • Wednesday only - $200 (Single day waived for platform presenters only)
  • Thursday only - $200 (Single day waived for platform presenters only)
  • Friday only - $200 (Single day waived for platform presenters only)
  • Additional representatives for exhibitors: $295
  • LSP and/or UMass CEU credits: $50

  • Booth Exhibitor Fee - $1,000
  • Tabletop Exhibit Fee - $650
Meals
  • Lunch Wednesday - $12.00
  • Lunch Thursday - $12.00

Note: All registration fees (full and single day) increase by $75 after May 18, 2011

Cancellation Deadline: Cancelations received before May 25, 2011will receive refund minus a $35 cancellation fee. After May 25, no refund.
