Platform Presenter Information
Presentation Format and A/V
Platform presentations will run 25 minutes in length with an additional five minutes for questions. Meeting rooms will be equipped with a laptop computer and computer projector, as well as a lavaliere microphone and a stationary microphone at the podium.
Registration
Platform presenters will receive a complimentary one-day registration for the day of the talk or a reduced registration of $295 if attending the entire conference. Everyone must register online by May 18, 2011.
Slide Presentations
PowerPoint 2007 and older will be supported as well as common software for Internet and Media. Please communicate with us if you have special requirements/needs for your presentation.
If possible, we would like you to upload your slide presentation to our Drop Box Site, so we may install them on the conference computers prior to the sessions. We will pre-load all files that are received by noon the day before your presentation.
If you cannot send your presentation ahead of time, please bring it on a memory stick and report to the Registration table immediately upon arrival so we can arrange to have your slides installed on the appropriate computer.
Proceedings
There is at present no plan to publish formal Conference Proceedings, but we hope to post Read-only PDFs of the slide presentations, with authors' permission, on this site.
