University Environmental Lecture SeriesThe Institute organizes the University Environmental Lecture Series each semester to bring natural scientists, social scientists, engineers, and policy makers to campus to discuss a central environmental issue from different perspectives. The Lecture Series draws the University community together across disciplines to consider critical environmental issues and to initiate a dialogue on future research collaborations. Invited speakers deliver a public lecture to the University community and meet with faculty and students engaged in related research and educational activities. The series is cosponsored by the Vice Provost for Research, the Graduate School, the Colleges of Natural Resources and the Environment, Social and Behavioral Sciences, Natural Sciences and Mathematics, Engineering, and Public Health Sciences.
