Goals for the Meeting
- Address data needs to support states and communities in responding to climate change impacts on New England water resources
- Identify appropriate environmental indicators of climate impacts on water bodies
- Identify available data sets and key data gaps
- Plan for potential uses of data
- Develop recommendations for modifications of existing monitoring and/or data procurement efforts to better detect climate change impacts on water bodies in New England
- Recommend appropriate strategies for interpreting and utilizing data in order to develop effective responses to climate change
Identify funding needs and potential sources for implementation of recommendations
