LEED SILVER (v3) renovation of 1950's laboratory building

The Campus Center Renovation offers a newly reconfigured, open cafe space for eating in or for "grab-n-go" that is a noteworthy example of sustainable design on campus.

Hampshire Dining Commons is a great asset to UMass and contributes to the university's reputation for incredible cuisine. Not only does this building help to showcase delicious food, but it does so while also showcasing UMass's successful endeavors to make the campus one of the most sustainable.

The new basketball training facility is expected to open in Spring 2015 and is targeting a LEED Gold Certification.
